Slow cooked tender beef cooked in a gravy spiced up with some freshly ground black pepper, button mushrooms and wild dried porcini mushrooms. Would go well with some homemade dumplings or pasta.
Meat is coated in black pepper, browned and added to sauce until cooked through. Once cooked it is chilled, cut up and ready to be packaged. Packaged in a 500ml stand up pouch – 150g of meat, cooked button mushrooms and sauce to top it all up, delicious! Freshly frozen and ready to be reheated at any time!
