Free range chicken paprikash – my all time classic of slow cooked chicken on the bone, sweet paprika and sour cream creates this unique taste you will love! Finished off with some fresh and crunchy capsicum, perfect comfort dish served with pasta or gnocchi!
I start the chicken off in the oven and once nicely browned is then added to slow simmering sauce. Cooked on the bone until very tender, meat is taken off the bone, chilled and ready to be packaged. Packaged in a 500ml stand up pouch – 150g of meat, fresh capsicum and sauce to top it all up, delicious!
